We are seeking a talented individual with strong administrative and office skills to join their team and provide exceptional support to two healthcare professionals.โฐ The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5: 30 pm.๐ŸŒ The location is in Knightsbridge, offering you the opportunity to work in a vibrant and prestigious area.๐Ÿ’ฐ The Salary offered is ยฃ35,000 – ยฃ40,000 depending on experience.๐ŸŒŸ Here’s what you’ll be doing: ๐ŸŒŸ

  • Managing patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as necessary. ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records with a focus on confidentiality and compliance. ๐Ÿ“
  • Answering phone calls and responding to patient and healthcare provider inquiries with professionalism and empathy. โ˜Ž๏ธ
  • Assisting in the preparation of medical documents, reports, and correspondence as required. ๐Ÿ“‘
  • Working closely with our medical staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the practise. ๐Ÿค
  • Handling billing inquiries and assisting with insurance verification processes. ๐Ÿ’ฐ
  • Creating and maintaining a clean and organised office environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. ๐ŸŒธ

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office role, preferably within a healthcare setting. ๐Ÿ“Š
