Medical Customer Care Administrator Sale c£25,000doe** Free parking **35 hours per weekMy client are seeking an experienced administrator with a knowledge of working within the Medical/NHS or Private Hospital sector setting.Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting all client, patient, and procedure details onto the in-house system
- Sourcing and booking a suitable provider to undertake the surgery
- Logging costs and patient details onto the in-house system and MS excel
- Working to SLA’s, whilst undertaking all other administrative duties in a timely manner
Desirables:
- Must be a ‘people person’ – comfortable in reassuring and dealing with anxious, concerned and sometimes unwell patients.
- Previous experience working within Medical setting and a knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
- Absolute discretion with regards to patients and colleagues
