Medical Claims Administrator Sale c£25,000doe** Free parking **35 hours per weekMy client are seeking a proven administrator/customer care professional, with experience working within the personal injury, claims or insurance sector.Responsibilities:
- Liaising with insurance firms and solicitors, accurately inputting all client contact details and data onto the in-house system regarding ongoing on-going RTA, and personal injury claims, where patients require further treatment or surgery
- Liaising with private hospitals and clients to sourcing and book a suitable provider to undertake the corrective surgeries
- Logging costs and patient details onto the in-house system and MS excel
- Undertaking all other administrative duties in a timely manner
Desirables:
- Must be a ‘people person’ – comfortable in reassuring and dealing with anxious, concerned and sometimes unwell patients.
- Previous experience working within Medical setting, such as a Medical Receptionist, Administrator or within the NHS or a private hospital, will prove a strong advantage.
- Absolute discretion with regards to patients and colleagues
