We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Medical Centre Administrator to join our team in Armagh.In this position, you will collaborate with your designated team and other associated teams to ensure the effective delivery of services to our customers.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and capable of interacting with people in a caring, courteous, and professional manner.This is an office-based role, and occasional travel to other sites across Northern Ireland may be required.As part of our commitment to building an inclusive and diverse workforce, we would particularly welcome applications from people who are from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds.Job title: Medical Centre AdministratorJob Description:What you’ll be doing:Run daily operations in the Medical Examination CentreMeet and greet all customers and stakeholdersAssist customers with completion of forms such as expense claimsPrepare medical rooms and equipment, ensuring they are ready for the Medical Practitioner and customersUpdate and maintain records by use of computer system and accurately capture and enter data on to the relevant systemsRegular telephone/email liaison with MSC – respond to all contacts from both internal & external customers made via all the available channelsProvide cover at our other medical examination centres within the regionAchieve customer and client KPI targets in relation to all contactsDeliver an excellent customer experience by providing a customer-focused, right first-time service, managing any customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.What we’re looking for:Driver’s license with access to own vehicle.Previous experience in an administrative / customer facing role, preferably in an office environmentKnowledge and experience of MS Office applicationsExcellent Customer Service skills – including telephone skills.Ability to gather relevant information from customersSuperb organizational, administrative, and planning skills.Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.Great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.Ability to travel within the area and possibly to other Capita locations.You will be required to undergo and successfully gain a BPSS security clearance check to undertake this positionWhat’s in it for you?25 days’ holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leaveThe opportunity to take a paid day out of the office, volunteering for our charity partners or a cause of your choiceAuto-enrolment to our company pension, life assurance, a cycle2work scheme, 15 weeks’ fully paid maternity, adoption and shared parental leave, paternity pay of two weeks…and plenty moreVoluntary benefits designed to suit your lifestyle – from discounts on retail and socialising, to health & wellbeing, travel and technologyAccess to our Employee Network Groups, which represent every strand of diversity and allow colleagues to connect and learn from each other on an open, inclusive platformYou’ll get the chance to follow your chosen career path anywhere in Capita.
