They employ over 28,000 people globally and are an integral part of an instantly recognisable technology group.The Role – Medical Account Manager, Biomedical SystemsFollowing expansion within their Biomedical Systems business unit, they now seek to recruit a commercially astute Medical Account Manager. Working from home, the successful applicant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts, ultimately looking to exceed area sales and gross profit targets agreed within the biomedical equipment business. You will look to extend the customer base, participate in relevant exhibitions and local events, assist in training team members, analyse competitor activity, organise territory product presentations and take responsibility for the dealer and distribution network.Commercial ManagementProactively find all opportunities in region and create customer compelling events and commercial solutions to close projects and drive growth, meeting customer & company requirements.Ownership of sales OP – achieve annual & quarterly sales & product mix OP & qualitative objectives (market share gains etc.)Develop, implement & manage strategic & tactical plans for the territory & individual accounts to drive customer satisfaction and orders & sales growth.Maintain/grow target accounts with penetration strategy for competitor IB.Ownership of complete sales process, lead generation to revenue recognition. To include complete tender management (quotations, executive summaries)Account ManagementBuild long-term strategic alliances with accounts to protect against competitive threats and continue to add value across the product range.Develop and maintain both new and existing accounts within the territory.Develop strong relationships & customer intimacy with all key stakeholdersGenerate records and maintain Customer profiles, including Major Project Planning, comprehensive IB profiles.Market & Product ManagementUnderstand customer needs and competitor offerings and position company solutions to maximum effectUnderstand macro & micro environment and impact on t
