Publicis Groupe is looking to hire a Media Supervisor for one of the leading accounts in the Miami Office. The Media Supervisor is the primary manager of the day-to-day requirements of media/communications planning on a group of brands. The Supervisor is responsible for translating marketing/media objectives into media plan development action steps through various projects. The Supervisor is the secondary point of contact for clients on client requests and the primary point of contact for clients on stewardship requests and is responsible for having a firm grasp of both strategic and functional media/communications knowledge.
Job Description
-
Responsible for supporting on media strategy/planning and overseeing campaign management, insights and reports.

Oversees/manages media associate and day-to-day implementations of all media activity.
-
Assist with day-to-day operations of the client media plan, budget trackers, ensuring client approvals, timely media authorizations prior to buys.

Attend client status meetings and provide status of projects and implementations.

Ensure that media strategies are effectively reflected across all channels and supervise their implementation.

Ability to work omnichannel and full funnel campaigns.
-
Uphold strict quality control standards to ensure all projects and implementations are executed with precision and efficiency.

Consistently evaluate media performance to ensure alignment with initial objectives and strategies.

Identify opportunities for improvement in the processes of receiving, implementing and reporting.

Coordinate and supervise the delivery of partial and final reports for each campaign.
-
Build relationships and trust with partners.
-
Request proposals for specialized media campaigns to vendors.
-
Coordinate any necessary calls or meetings with vendors.
-
Meet vendors to review new media opportunities/proposals.
-
Evaluate and share POVs of any media proposal received. Renegotiate when necessary.

Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel: Expertise in creating professional and impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage Pivot Tables.

Assist AMD with all aspects of Media planning reports/development/recommendations.

Assist in the creation of media playbooks:
-
Analyze and Forecast Annual investments by vendor.
-
Analyze KPIs goals for each partner and type of activation.
-
Explore format and media innovation for the playbook.
-
Research audiences that generate better performance.
Qualifications
-
Digital fluency and an unending desire to seek out new ideas and opportunities.

Openness to overseeing hands-on execution of digital campaigns.

Organizational Skills: Necessary to manage projects, schedules, and deadlines efficiently.

Flexibility and agility to manage high volume of campaigns and multiple channels with positivity and “can-do” attitude.

Ability to collaborate and work closely with the planning, data, and implementation team.

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

Approximately three years of media/communications planning and buying experience
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual, English and Spanish

Strong mathematical fundamentals, comfortable working with data

Excellent understanding of media/communication fundamentals, including all research
-
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
-
Demonstrates ability in training and leadership capability
-
Organizational skills to manage and prioritize team daily work flow

Strong command of media research resources, capabilities and limitations
-
Strong degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-
Preferred experience with the following media systems: Kantar, Ibope, Media Tools, Media Ocean, Prisma, Doubleclick, Campaign Manager, etc.
