The Paid Media Specialist will support the media team across traditional and/or digital media types for the new Media Center of Excellence.
Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.
Collaborate with internal Brand Marketing teams on paid media initiatives
Coordinate with external paid media partners and/or agencies on campaign requests
Participates in Integration meetings to oversee workload and project management for media buys
Work with Media Managers to develop appropriate training and brand overview documents
Coordinates closely with the Creative Team to oversee all media messaging and trafficking needs
Compile TV and radio post logs to ensure delivery and report findings to stakeholders
Assist in building tracking URL’s, pulling reports and helping to analyze data
Support report visualization when relevant
Lead budget management and reconciliation efforts, intaking invoices while ensuring spend is pacing as negotiated
Partake in media training to stay up to date on the latest trends and changes in the advertising landscape
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Must be able to work in a team environment and collaborate with multiple teams
Experienced with Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint are required
Strong communication and project management skills also required
Preferred:
1-2 years of media experience
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to plan media costs and negotiate to budget
Multi-tasking ability to handle large number of requests
Familiarity of MS Office
Budget reconciliation
Professional manner in dealing with outside vendors and field personnel
