Description We are looking to bring on board a Media Planner to join our team based in Irvine, California. The Media Planner will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and optimization of media plans across various channels. This individual will also be tasked with data analysis, budget tracking, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of media plans across diverse platforms including Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), and Connected TV (CTV).

• Collaborate with team members to transform strategic briefs into actionable national media plans.

• Support the alignment of media strategies with target audience needs through the analysis of creative insights and demographic data.

• Assist in the management of media budgets, ensuring resources are accurately tracked and allocated.

• Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting team members in meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

• Track key performance metrics and gather insights to refine media plans.

• Use analytics tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

• Contribute to the execution of experiential activations, Linear TV, and endemic direct buys.

• Support in ensuring consistency in deliverables across various media campaigns. Requirements • Proficiency in Comscore, a tool used for measuring audience behavior and demographics

• Experience with DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP), a Google-owned ad serving platform

• Familiarity with ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning, a business process management software

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions, specifically those designed for media planning

• Ability to use Facebook Insights to analyze data and improve campaign performance

• Proven experience in creating and managing Advertisements across various media platforms

• Understanding of Brand Awareness strategies and how to implement them in media planning

• Skilled in Campaign Planning for both short-term and long-term objectives

• Must have a strong understanding of Digital media platforms, strategies, and trends

• Experience in Digital Media planning and buying is required Innovation starts with people.®
