Overview

Martin Retail Group, recently named the largest advertising company in Alabama and one that does amazing work servicing our clients all over the U.S., is seeking an experienced Media Planner to join our growing Media Planning team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated media plans for our Tier 2 automotive clients

  • Facilitate the presentation and execution of media plans and manage revisions

  • Ensure media plan aligns with national/regional agency

  • Analyze media alternatives and make recommendations based on current strategic direction

  • Provide agency point of view on new media opportunities

  • Work closely with planning supervisor and account manager

Qualifications

  • Five years of relevant experience

  • Experience with media math basics, concepts and planning software

  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Experience using syndicated research tools such as Scarborough, Nielsen, SQAD, as well as Reach/Frequency

  • Skilled in the use of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to make presentations or interested in learning and honing these skills
