About the role:

Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter to support our paid media team. The ideal candidate has experience with media planning, campaign execution and creative strategy. They must be organized, excel at communication and collaboration, and eager to work at a hyper growth company.

The Media Manager will report to the Director of eCommerce & Media and support cross-functional paid media initiatives. This role will interface with our external paid media agency, internal marketing and e-commerce teams. This includes drafting media and creative briefs, tracking creative performance, overseeing asset development and hand-off, and weekly media reporting. An understanding of paid media KPIs and metrics is required. Candidates should be experienced in (but not limited to) the following media channels; paid social, display, programmatic video, out-of-home, streaming and linear TV.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

  • Submit media briefs and track delivery of media plans for review from agency partners.

  • Draft creative briefs and build asset lists that align with approved media plans.

  • Oversee media planning timelines to support on-time launches.

  • Complete weekly paid media and creative reporting updates.

  • Identify week over week creative and media performance optimizations.

  • Work closely with the Director of eCommerce & Media to plan a timeline for creative testing and campaign launches.

  • Provide up to date creative best practices by media channel and examples for the creative team.

  • Manage completion of weekly deliverables from agency partners.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Experience in executing paid media campaigns.

  • Experience managing timelines and deliverables.

  • Ability to analyze media data to make recommendations for performance improvement.

  • Communicates efficiently and enjoys cross-team collaboration.

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs.

  • Familiar with tactics that drive conversions.

  • Can work independently in a hyper growth mode environment.

  • Detail oriented & results focused.

The expected salary range for this position is $98,400 – $147,600 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
