Media Director in West Springfield, Massachusetts

: Agency in Springfield, MA looking for a Digital Ad Buyer. Must have Digital Media experience as well as Paid Media, Paid Social, PPC/Pay Per Click/Google Ads, etc. Ideal candidate would also have some broadcast experience. Salary 75-95k depending on experience.

Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role such as Media Director, Media Manager or other relevant positions.

• Strong proficiency in media planning and buying, including negotiation skills.

• Demonstrable leadership skills, with a history of leading successful teams.

• Excellent understanding of different media channels and marketing strategies.

• Ability to analyze and interpret data related to media performance.

• Profound knowledge of media software and marketing tools.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

• Familiarity with latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
