Overview
Razorfish is looking for a Media Coordinator, Paid Social! This individual supports Media Planners by providing tactical media support to the client team. This person has executional responsibilities including campaign creation, campaign delivery/QA, optimizations, creative specs and managing IOs. They also participate in competitive analysis and tracking and vendor/publisher relationship support.
Responsibilities

QA cross-channel campaign set up, audience structure and creative assets on all social platforms

Create and set up campaigns within platforms, including audience creation, location targeting, asset management, and tagging across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.

Monitor and optimize ongoing campaign performance, including budget pacing

Partner with media and analytics teams to provide insights and campaign recommendations

Completes month-end billing in partnership with the account management team

Support partner and publisher relationships through communication and negotiation

Assist Media Planners on media plan development and competitive analysis.

Learn the basics and utilizes media planning tools to assist Planners; executes media plans and plan revisions.

Participates in competitive analysis and tracking.

Strong attention to detail, quality assurance.
Qualifications
-
1-2 yrs experience in Paid Social Media activation experience is required

Experience with Meta and Prisma/Media Ocean is required

Detail-oriented and organized
-
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT) and ability to adapt to/learn new technologies

Has demonstrated strong relational skills (clients, internal team, and partners)

Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Has demonstrated quality control of their own work

Compensation Range: $51,900 – $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 2/21/25.
