• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the construction or building services sector.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other mechanical design software is an advantage.
• Experience with project coordination, load calculations, and mechanical system design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
• Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

As a Mechanical Services Project Manager:

• Assist in the design and specification of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Carry out load calculations, energy efficiency assessments, and system optimizations.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Support commissioning and handover of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet performance criteria.
• Ensure health & safety compliance across all mechanical engineering activities.
• Assist in the procurement process by evaluating mechanical equipment and materials.
