Mechanical Design Engineer (Aviation / Automotive)£50,000 – £60,000 + Training + Overtime + Mon – Fri + Company BenefitsDursleyAre you a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar looking to design and recreate parts for classic aircraft for a company that can help progress your career to senior design positions, provide training on company processes and the opportunity to work on a range of legacy aircraft?On offer is the opportunity to work for a company founded over 30 years ago by a passion for historically significant aircraft. This business maintains and overhauls these legacy vehicles for private clients and is looking to find a new Mechanical Design Engineer to help with the design of replacement parts.In this role you will be responsible for the design of parts used to replace damaged or defective parts in a range of vehicles. You will be liaising with the maintenance team to understand what parts need to be replaced and creating CAD designs to that will be checked and then sent on the manufacturing department.This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar with a background in aviation or similar who wants to take on the challenge of working to overhaul classic vehicles in an growing company that will provide training and career progression.The Role

- Ensure compliance verification to industry standards
