Position: Mechanical Building Services Design EngineerSalary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annumRequired: 4 to 6 years minimum work experience in building designLocation: Bolton, United Kingdom, Office BasedJob ResponsibilitiesWe seek a skilled Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience. You ideally hold building design experience and well experienced in working with CAD, with strong communication and project management skills that are required to liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams.Candidates Requirements

• Graduate in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in building services, including plant specifications and load calculations.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Confident in client interactions.
• Strong ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
• Proficient in CAD, and industry standards.
