Acknowledging and rewarding individuals for their unique skills, talent, and hard work, the client places importance on quality experiences and cultivates a collaborative culture conducive to everyone’s growth.About the RoleWith a robust project pipeline spanning various sectors and a reputation for delivering excellence, my client is looking for a talented, dynamic, and ambitious Senior M&E Quantity Surveyors. These professionals will contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile construction projects across the built environment. Current opportunities cover diverse sectors in the built environment within the London region, encompassing commercial office and residential projects, as well as ventures in leisure, warehouses, and infrastructure.You will be responsible for:

• Managing MEP led projects from RIBA Stage 1 estimation through to final account
• Provide technical support to Cost Consultancy team to assist with value engineering exercises
• To manage smaller projects throughout the construction lifecycle inclusive of MEP & Architectural works
• To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service.
• Assisting the Senior members of the Cost Consultancy team across projects generally.
• Assisting on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.
• Taking a lead on the tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, putting the preliminaries together, tender analysis, producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documents.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MRICS Qualification in Quantity surveying is advantageous.
• MEP Project experience, ideally within the commercial sector or data centres.
• Experience leading on projects.
• Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and construction processes.
• Expertise in the different stages of construction projects, starting from pre-construction planning and acquisition, through construction, completion, and eventual handover.
• Individuals who can lead teams and manage multiple projects.
• Skilled in developing Client and other project relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in industry software and tools.
• A track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
