We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Project Manager to join our client’s team on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months in Ealing. As the M&E Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing various building, safety remediation, and retrofit sustainability projects.Responsibilities:

• Lead the effective project and contract management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Prepare and manage project budgets.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and cost-effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and policies.

• Conduct site inspections and provide progress reports.

• Resolve technical issues and liaise with design and engineering teams.

• Act as the key point of contact for team members and lead customer engagement.

• Manage commercial aspects of projects, ensuring accurate financial forecasts and budgets.

• Chair meetings and sign off on task orders and valuations.

• Collaborate with service partners to deliver works programme and achieve contract compliance and quality.

• Deliver excellent levels of customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing Mechanical and Electrical projects.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical services.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Experience with Decent Homes Standard and Lettable Standards.

• Commercially aware with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of health and safety standards, construction regulations, and quality control.

• Proficiency in project management software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable qualifications and memberships:

• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field).

• Membership or Associate of professional bodies (e.g., IET, APM, NICEIC).
