- Proven experience as an M&E Coordinator, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installations, and maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field is a plus.
As a M&E Coordinator:
- Coordinate and manage all M&E activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project updates, highlighting key milestones and addressing potential issues.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
