Job DescriptionMy client is seeking a technically skilled and versatile individual to join their growing team.This multifaceted role involves not only grasping the technical details of products but also creating compelling marketing content and providing support across various business functions including sales and customer support.

For the right candidate, there are exciting opportunities to travel and attend global trade shows.Key Responsibilities:

• Master the technical aspects of our products to provide insightful information
• Develop engaging marketing content for our website, social media, and other platforms
• Execute email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns
• Collaborate with the technical director, sales manager, and tech support manager; provide backup support during absences
• Create user-friendly manuals and guides by understanding product setups and functionalities
• Produce YouTube explainer videos and instructional content
• Manage and grow our social media presence with creative content
• Keep our website up-to-date and engaging (WordPress)
• Represent the company at exhibitions and trade shows, both in the UK and globally

Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in any of the following areas is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided:

• Video Encoding/Decoding
• Networking
• Engineering
• Broadcast
• Systems Integration
• Security/CCTV
• Digital/Traditional Marketing
