You’ll be working with functions across the Hitachi Energy business creating engaging content including photos, videos, social posts, email news, and monthly newsletters and maintaining the local internal communications channel (VivaEngage), supporting colleagues with drafting content and actively engaging with users online.Responsibilities:Support with the organization and delivery of events such as customer seminars, townhalls, webinars and information sessions.Organize photography and videography shoots to support local campaigns and business initiatives.Actively share your ideas and creative suggestions to help continuously improve and amplify our communications initiatives.Aiding sales colleagues in specifying optimal, cost-effective solutions to meet customers’ needs.Supporting Sales Managers with developing high quality / compelling propositions to our end customersLiaising with our Operations teams, to ensure the optimal collaborative team are engaged with our end customers.Supporting the marketing programme and events, to further position and maintain Hitachi Energy’s status as a leader in the energy market.Assessing data from our external systems, including our CRM tool, to make better informed decisions, and to ensure high data quality.Provide assistance and input in meetings, customer presentations and negotiations.Studying customers’ needs and competitors’ offerings through market intelligence and insight from the sales teams.Background:Experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant or worked within administrative sales role or similar environments.Experience supporting internal and external events.Strong communication skills both internal and external using multiple channels.Ability to work in a matrix organisation.Strong Stakeholder management and customer engagement.Proven experience within a sales environment or energy sector.High attention to detail.A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
