The role:We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager who’s not just experienced in managing campaigns but deeply embedded in the Web3 world. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, a meticulous approach to quality control, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring that all marketing deliverables meet the highest standards.What’s in it for you:

Key responsibilities:
- Client Partnership: Build strong, proactive relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering solutions that meet those needs. Regularly update them on project progress, address any concerns, and ensure that our services consistently exceed their expectations.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving objectives and develop marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll not only plan but also actively drive execution, ensuring projects align with client goals and are adjusted as needed to stay on course.
- Hands-On Project Management: Take full ownership of projects, from concept to completion. This includes not only coordinating efforts but also diving into the details where necessary to ensure that tasks are completed effectively and on time. You’re not just managing—you’re contributing.
- Quality Assurance: Personally oversee quality control processes to ensure that every deliverable meets high standards. This means not just checking off tasks but actively ensuring that the work reflects our commitment to excellence and aligns with the client’s vision.
- Team Integration: Work alongside internal teams as a partner, not just a coordinator. Ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the strategy is clear, actionable, and efficiently executed. Be ready to step in and guide the work where needed to maintain momentum and quality.
- Performance Monitoring: Provide clients with comprehensive updates on project status, backed by clear performance metrics. Your reports should not only reflect the progress but also offer insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and future strategies.
Requirements
- Marketing Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing project management, client services, or a related role, with a strong preference for experience within the Web3, blockchain, or fintech industry. You should have a proven track record of not just managing but also actively contributing to the success of marketing campaigns.
- Web3 Knowledge: Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi. You should be comfortable navigating the nuances of these technologies and leveraging them in strategic marketing initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner. You’ll need to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, foster trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You should be adept at keeping projects on track and ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Problem Solving: Critical thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex client challenges. You should be comfortable taking initiative and making decisions that drive project success.
