What will the responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager be?

  • Leading projects from start to end and overseeing all stages, from product creation through to development.
  • Implementing Quality Assurance in projects, identifying project risks and working to correct any discovered issues.
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and output estimates.
  • Working with clients during the visioning process to interpret and product designs.
  • Organising production queues, prioritising projects and balancing workflow to meet timeline requirements.
  • Acting as an ambassador for products, being the primary contact within and outside of the company, supplying any required internally or externally.

What are the desired assets for this Marketing Project Manager role:

  • Experience as either a Digital Project Manager, Digital Producer, or other relevant experience.
  • Proven skills in leadership. With a mindset focused on development and progression.
  • Solid understanding of web development, system design, and project management.
  • Competency working with Jira or other similar tools.
  • Collected and adaptable attitude, able to remain calm under pressure while managing simultaneous projects and switching from group leading to individually working.
  • A collaborative outlook, waiting to support others through coaching, targets, and knowledge sharing.
