This position focuses on optimising marketing infrastructure and technology to enable efficient and impactful campaigns, supporting the company’s broader strategic goals.The Marketing Operations Manager will:

• Build and maintain a robust marketing operations framework that fosters seamless workflows and effective team collaboration.
• Design and implement marketing processes and workflows to boost efficiency and simplify campaign execution.
• Define and track operational KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Drive marketing operations optimisation by identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions to enhance performance.
• Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring the right tools are available and used effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
• Ensure all marketing operations comply with internal policies and external regulations, including GDPR and data privacy standards.

Required skills and experience for the Marketing Operations Manager:

• Proven experience in marketing operations within regulated industries, preferably financial services.
• Expertise in marketing technologies, including CRM and automation platforms. Salesforce marketing cloud is desirable.
• Strong skills in process optimisation and project management.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance in marketing operations.
