We are looking for a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our go-to-market efforts, reporting directly to our Marketing Operations Team Manager. You will support the management of our marketing technology stack, collaborate on marketing automation, design and implement scalable GTM processes, and aggregate and analyze data from various sources to extract valuable insights. Your efforts will support strategic decisions and enhance our marketing capabilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Support the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technologies and tools.
  • Advise on the integration of various marketing platforms to create a seamless data flow.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources, maintain and optimize GTM data for effective qualification, segmentation and targeting, ensuring accuracy and driving completeness.
  • Design, implement and streamline scalable go-to-market processes that align with business goals.
  • Expand Marketing reporting capabilities to assess the performance of marketing campaigns across lead sources and acquisition channels by developing and maintaining dashboards using Salesforce and/or BI tools.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of different marketing touchpoints in driving conversions. Refine attribution models to accurately measure the impact of various marketing channels.
  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Assess prospect behavior and interactions to gauge purchase intent, contributing to the development of targeted account-based marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance and ROI.
  • Translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Serve as a knowledge resource for other team members and provide training on tools and processes to set them up for success.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Marketing Operations Specialist or similar role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of B2B marketing operations and enterprise-level marketing automation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and understanding of Marketing and Sales metrics is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Familiarity with data visualization/BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce B2B Marketing Analytics. (desired)
