Our CBRE – ISPT retail team currently has a role for a Retail Marketing Manager with experience in retail shopping centre marketing. You will be across Wagga Wagga Marketplace and Gunghalin Village in Canberra. The focus of the role is to implement high quality marketing strategies and analysis for the retail centre as well as interact with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise the success of the property.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, here’s what you will focus on:

  • Managing and implementing a calendar of marketing and event activities for the centre

  • Managing all marketing suppliers and agency relationships

  • Measuring, monitoring and analysing of all marketing activities

  • Preparation and management of the marketing budget

  • Retail and customer liaison

  • Produce monthly marketing reports on all activities for every retail property within the set marketing portfolio

  • Other adhoc marketing related activities as required

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and experience in a similar role within a retail centre environment

  • An ability to manage a busy workload, meet deadlines and work in an evolving work environment

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport and relationships with a variety of key stakeholders

  • A strong strategic approach.

  • An ability to set SMART objectives against which performance can be measured.

  • An ability to analyse and interpret information as well as strong report writing skills

  • A commitment to customer service and excellence.

  • Valid Driver’s license
