As a Marketing Manager, you will be a storyteller, developing strategies to extend the W Hotels brand and drive commercial success. Working under the leadership of Director of Marketing, you will thrive in a creative environment, bringing a 24/7 lifestyle luxury experience to life across rooms, meetings, events, and our five vibrant bars and restaurants.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What You Will Do

This role involves strategic planning, brand management, channel management, public relations, and event organization to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans including digital, social media, and public relations.

• Manage the B&F marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Organize monthly marketing meetings and keep up-to-date with local market trends.

• Ensure consistent communication across all consumer touch points.

• Oversee and manage content creation, including photography and video shoots.

• Maintain and update digital and offline channels, develop social media calendars, and engage with guests for content creation.

• Manage online reputation and solicit new media outlets for promotions.

• Leverage media and influencers, organize media events, and track award submissions.

• Plan and execute promotions and events, collaborate on digital campaigns, and support loyalty programs.

• Work with partners and vendors to increase exposure and demand.
