My client are a well-established housing and building contractor boasting an extensive portfolio of impeccably executed design and build projects across a wide spectrum of mainstream sectors. These include, but are not limited to, industrial, retail, commercial, residential, healthcare, and leisure.They are now recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their business.Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Creating comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Researching and analysing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Identifying new markets and determining the best way to target them.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
- Managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are cost-effective and on track.
- Enhancing and maintaining the brand’s image and positioning in the market.
- Developing messaging and positioning for new product launches or company initiatives.
- Ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels and materials.
- Managing social media strategies to engage with target audiences.
- Monitoring marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign performance and ROI.
- Preparing regular reports and presenting findings to senior management.
- Using data to inform future marketing strategies and decisions.
- Managing customer relationships and developing retention strategies.
- Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities in the UK market.
