Due to our continued success and growth, we seek a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our successful team and drive our brand forward.The role:As the marketing and social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services
• Create editorials on various subjects for inclusion in trade publications
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing tactics and campaigns
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and events to drive brand awareness and sales
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and support materials
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimise strategies
• Create product drawings – mainly pads, wear leads and hoses
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources
• Manage and lead, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing efforts innovative and competitive

Our Requirements:

• You will have previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including using Coral Draw, Illustrator or Photoshop
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
