Our client is a leader in their field, committed to innovation and customer satisfaction, and they are seeking a marketing professional to drive strategic initiatives that resonate across various channels.Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to craft and execute impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-channel marketing and a passion for building brand awareness. You will oversee campaign execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead a marketing and eCommerce administrator.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, driving customer engagement and brand growth.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and refine multi-channel campaigns, leveraging digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs, applying insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Brand Positioning & Management: Ensure consistent and strategic brand messaging across all marketing platforms and channels.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a marketing and eCommerce administrator, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, optimising resources to maximise ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across buying, product development, customer service, and retail to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, ideally within a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in marketing software (CRM systems, SEO tools, analytics platforms).
  • Creative thinker with a solid grasp of branding and design principles.
