World 50 Group is looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing Manage to lead demand generation and member engagement for Procurement Leaders and Sustainability Leaders membership. You’ll be results-driven, innovative and able to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. A truly cross-functional role, you’ll work closely with content production, membership sales and digital marketing to build and execute on the membership marketing strategy.

Experience of marketing tactics across a broad range of channels and disciplines will be required, including B2B copywriting, content marketing, campaign analysis, sales alignment and related activities aimed at delivering best-in-class results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and deliver on the full-funnel marketing strategy to drive quality leads and achieve customer retention targets
  • Plan and execute innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, website and media partnerships
  • Produce targeted and compelling copywriting to support acquisition and customer engagement objectives
  • Actively integrate within the sales environment to learn what works and what doesn’t from the inside. Build strong relationships with sales leaders to collaborate on marketing activity and understand the customer persona
  • Analyse, evaluate and report on campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations – often presenting these to senior management
  • Manage and be accountable for website and campaign landing pages – ensuring they are current and optimised for customer engagement
  • Share best practice and influence developments to marketing processes
  • Set and be financially accountable for the membership marketing budget
  • Management of Marketing Executive

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B marketing experience
  • Proven expertise in creating effective marketing strategies for lead generation
  • Strong copy-writing skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management, can confidently present strategies and ideas
  • Very organised with strong attention to detail
  • Understand how to evaluate and report on marketing ROI
  • Proven experience in using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM system
  • Proven experience of marketing automation and nurture campaigns
  • Be enthusiastic and have a can do attitude, with the initiative, ambition and commitment to succeed in a fast paced environment
