Someone who is passionate about content creation and crafting deep research-driven marketing, leveraging the latest technologies.What will you be doing as Marketing Manager at Picnic?You will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing content campaigns; reporting into Scarlett, our Head of Marketing. Your focus will encompass industry topics, thought leadership and diverse social content so it’s a real bonus if you’re genuinely interested in digital advertising.Broad Responsibilities include:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop compelling, data-driven content such as white papers, reports, blogs and case studies that position us as thought leaders
  • Content Distribution: Beyond creating amazing content, you’ll be responsible for ensuring it reaches the right audience. This includes leveraging techniques such as email marketing, LinkedIn content, PR, and founder profiling to maximise visibility and engagement. Your success will be measured on the reach and impact of your content.
  • Research & Analysis: Use current technology and data to generate insightful, research-backed marketing materials. An OpenAI/Grok DeepResearch account will be offered with this role.
  • Editorial Excellence: Ensure all content is clear, concise and aligns with our brand voice
  • Collaboration: Work cross functionally with product and commercial teams to ensure content aligns with broader business goals

RequirementsWho are we looking for?Our number 1 priority is to find someone who is fired up by creating high quality content. You may have started your career as a generalist Marketer but are now eager to focus on writing insightful, data-led content. Maybe you haven’t worked in Marketing at all but you have relevant experience that makes you think you would be really, really good at this!You will ideally have:

  • Experience in a B2B generalist marketing or content marketing role
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, capable of distilling complex concepts and data into clear, concise messaging
  • An analytical mindset with a talent for turning data into interesting and relevant content for our readers
  • Experience collaborating with design teams and providing clear creative direction, with a keen eye for visual design. Basic proficiency in Adobe Suite is essential.

You will definitely be:

  • A strategic and innovative thinker, with demonstrable experience of delivering high-impact, stand out content
  • Self-motivated and able to excel in a dynamic environment, comfortable working across teams to find the best outcomes
  • Highly organised with acute attention to detail

£35-48k salary range depending on experience
