  • Lead the development of the MyLife app strategy with particular focus on marketing campaigns, reward programmes and activity challenges to drive engagement
  • Work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver and support the marketing strategy and business goals
  • Assist the functional Head by taking the lead and delivering results, using MyLife as an engagement tool for the business
  • Manage relationships across the team and with external vendors to deliver best in class campaigns and customer experience
  • Use data and insights to inform and shape future strategy
  • Lead assigned projects cross functionally, manage and report to senior stakeholders
  • Support in fostering an environment for idea generation, decision making and innovation aligned to our strategy. Ensure the needs of customers are understood and prioritised across the business
  • Ensure familiarity with risk management programmes including BCP, as they impact on own area, and follow appropriate risk management procedures to control, monitor and report on business activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory, professional and legal requirements. Ensure familiarity with and assist in the development of risk management programmes.

  • Technical expertise and understanding of building an engagement / communication platform is an advantage, along with knowledge across different platforms
  • Ability to deliver initiatives and projects with multiple stakeholders to strict deadlines and to the highest standard
  • Works on own initiative, can manage the work of the team and others as necessary and effectively collaborate
