By closely collaborating with the Commercial Director, the manager develops and implements marketing strategies for the company’s three brands-CDA, Matrix, and Amica. This includes creating a detailed marketing plan to attract both customers and consumers while also working with sales channel managers to enhance B2B and trade marketing initiatives. The goal is to foster profitable growth through targeted and effective marketing campaigns and strategies that resonate with key audiences.In this role, the Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the annual marketing plan, managing budgets, and ensuring that marketing spend is aligned with the company’s financial goals. They will coordinate with the product, sales, and finance teams to ensure strategies are cohesive across departments. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for brand management, overseeing advertising, PR campaigns, and trade events, both online and offline. By analysing market trends, identifying insights, and continuously optimising marketing efforts, they will ensure that all campaigns are impactful and aligned with business goals. With a focus on trade marketing and online presence, the manager will also ensure the successful execution of brand activations and product launches.Who we are looking forWe are looking for a candidate with significant marketing experience who is passionate about creating and executing innovative strategies. While experience as a Marketing Manager is desirable, we welcome candidates with relevant marketing expertise who can demonstrate their ability to lead and manage successful campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a creative and strategic mindset, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners. They should also have strong project management abilities, allowing them to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards.The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines. A detail-oriented approach is essential, as is the ability to manage and nurture relationships with agency partners to ensure the most efficient use of resources. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results. This person should be able to inspire their team and lead by example, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company’s goals while driving the growth of the brand.What you will get in returnWorking 37.5 hours per week between 08:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, salary dependent on experience.You will join us supported with a robust induction and training plan.We are located in an idyllic rural setting on the outskirts of Nottingham in Langar, so it is very likely that you will find any commute is going against the rush hour traffic!We offer employees not only a competitive salary but also an excellent suite of benefits including:
