Job description

Paul Byron are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the MD, this role will spearhead our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of the Paul Byron brand.The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales both in-store and online. They will also oversee our participation in community initiatives and partnerships to support local businesses.The ideal candidate will possess a strong digital marketing background with a focus on driving online customer acquisition and retention. Experience in CRM management and team leadership is essential for success in this role.This is a hybrid role with 3 days required on location in our Head Office in Roscommon. Fully Remote is not available for this role.Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across all channels, including stores, online platforms, and pop-up locations.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to enhance the customer experience and drive foot traffic to stores.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with the buying team to align marketing efforts with product offerings.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertising, and email campaigns.
  • Optimise marketing campaigns based on performance metrics and analytics.
  • Manage relationship with external digital Marketing Agency
  • Manage the upcoming Paul Byron Loyalty Scheme to drive customer loyalty.

Campaign & Brand Management

  • Create and execute marketing plans to support key events and promotions throughout the year.
  • Create the marketing calendar for the business
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and promotions.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Manage and execute radio and traditional marketing budget.
  • Ensure correct application of brand guidelines in all communications

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Manage relationships with external vendors
  • Plan marketing activities with our brands
  • Manage relationships with media partners and marketing agencies.
  • Work closely with sales and buying teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience managing CRM systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
