Job description

Marketing Manager – CorkOur client, a leading importer and wholesaler of products to the beauty industry in Ireland are looking to hire a Marketing Manager for their growing business. This is an exciting role for an excellent and creative team player who wants to expand their Marketing career.Key Responsibilities:

  • Define market positioning, identify target audiences, and devise marketing plans with specific goals across various channels and segments
  • Drive the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion, fostering internal support and promoting collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to develop successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with digital content team to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of messaging across all channels
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and provide sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate qualified leads
  • Assess the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, optimizing strategies accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets Skills

Qualifications:

  • Experience in live event management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Established press and media contacts (preferably)
