We are working with a leading design and build expert in London, renowned for transforming business environments into exceptional spaces.The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating compelling content that showcases the unique workplaces our client delivers. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, contributing to the success of our client’s marketing strategies.The Marketing Executive will:

• Manage the content creation process throughout project journeys, including case studies, copywriting, photography, videography, and award entries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maximize joint marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to optimize content for digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ensure site branding and collateral are current and impactful, working closely with construction site teams.
• Act as a brand ambassador and key advocate, both internally and externally.
• Produce monthly reports on the success of content placement and outreach.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent copywriting skills and a passion for writing.
• Strong written communication.
• Solid experience in multi-channel marketing.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent account management skills with a focus on transparency and consistency.
