As of today, the Camlin operation spans over 20 countries across the globe.Job Description:As a result of new business opportunities, we are seeking a talented Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will work closely with our sales and customer performance teams to nurture existing customer accounts and grow our footprint in new sectors.The candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple event project plans and executing integrated marketing campaigns. They will ensure agreed objectives are met in a timely manner, that operational tasks run smoothly, and good communication is maintained between all internal and external teams involved in the projects. We are looking for applicants who are driven, have a strong customer mindset, excellent organisational skills and a ‘can-do attitude’.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

  • Execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals.
  • Supporting the digital marketing strategy using a variety of media, channels and tools

Campaign Management:

  • Co-ordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focusing on creative development, content creation, channel rollout and final execution within deadlines
  • A Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to ensure platforms are being utilised correctly and effectively.
  • Assist in the running and development of key social media channels to enhance audience engagement.

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and print materials.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Develop and write technical and though-leadership style marketing collateral and content for email campaigns, print, presentations, editorials, social media, and advertising. Optimising online content for SEO purposes.
  • Update company website, creation of landing pages and development of emails in the marketing automation platform.
  • Work with the internal communication team to produce content and company updates.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform marketing campaigns

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Budget Management:

  • Track expenditures and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • Relevant marketing qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering a wide range of event projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in writing content for a wide range of formats.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • First-rate organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask under pressure.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and CMS platforms.
  • Digital marketing experience including SEO/SEMM and commercial experience in managing social platforms.
  • Experience in producing marketing reports, tracking KPIs and feeding back recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Office-based with occasional travel for events and meetings.
