Are you a tech-savvy marketer with a passion for residential property? Our client is experiencing significant growth and is on the lookout for a highly organised Marketing Executive to join their dynamic Marketing team.The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in managing portal property listings and ensuring the quality and accuracy of our client’s residential website content. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and residential development teams and will be ensuring their property listings and website content are best in class, driving conversions through clear processes and innovative technology.The Marketing Executive will:

• Manage portal listings within the CRM platform, sourcing content from clients for accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for content creation to improve portal conversion and collaborate with account managers at Rightmove, Zoopla, and On the Market.
• Conduct regular reporting and data analytics to drive content strategy and streamline processes with the residential development team.
• Ensure quality assurance checks on websites, upload and maintain content using the Salesforce platform, and collaborate with the digital product team.
• Assist the product team with website reporting using GA4, BrightEdge, and other analytics tools.

Essential Skills:

• Strong content writing skills to create compelling property descriptions.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for websites and the housing market.
• High attention to detail and ability to navigate conflicting stakeholder requests.
