You’ll take the lead in shaping Glanua Industrial’s position as the go-to partner and complete service provider for water and wastewater solutions.Following rapid company growth, Glanua is expanding its industrial division. We are seeking a Marketing Executive to highlight our expertise, innovation, manufacturing, and fabrication capabilities, showcasing how we support our clients’ success while making a positive impact on their business, community, and the environment.The Main Duties and Responsibilities:The main duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Executive are outlined as follows:

• Product Marketing: Manage and optimise Glanua’s portfolio of industrial products and service offerings, positioning the company as a leader in water and wastewater solutions across the UK and Ireland. Develop marketing strategies to communicate the value and innovation behind our solutions to industrial clients.

• Integration of Group Companies: Lead the integration of acquired business offerings into Glanua’s industrial portfolio, showcasing the combined expertise and capabilities of all Glanua companies to drive growth in the industrial sector.

• Driving Business Growth and Expansion: Partner with the Business Development team to execute targeted marketing initiatives that support Glanua’s ambitious growth plans in the UK and Ireland. Develop and deliver marketing strategies that emphasise the company’s technical expertise, innovation, sustainability and commitment to client success in the industrial sector.

• Digital & Social Media Management: Drive consistent and engaging digital marketing activities across social media platforms, managing content creation through Case Studies, Video, Thought Leadership etc to strengthen our online presence and reputation.

• Website Management: Develop and optimise the marketing message and functionality of our industrial business on the website, ensuring it reflects our expertise and supports business development team in lead generation.

• Content Marketing & SEO: Develop and manage diverse marketing content for campaigns, including website and social media posts, email campaigns, video scripts, and materials optimised for SEO and PPC campaigns. Content will showcase Glanua’s technical expertise, innovation, and sustainability in water and wastewater projects.

• Event and Tradeshow Support: Plan, create, and coordinate marketing materials for events, tradeshows, recruitment shows, and advertisements. Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and support business growth objectives.

• Marketing Collateral Development: Design and prepare brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials to promote Glanua’s industrial products and services effectively.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:The main knowledge, skills and experience required of the Marketing Executive are outlined as follows:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including experience managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X).
• Proficiency in creating written and visual content and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing principles.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to Glanua’s ambitious marketing goals.
