Supporting the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within the medical devices sector.This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to become a valuable member of the marketing team and contribute to the growth and success of the company. Based from our Basingstoke office with availability to travel throughout the UK as required.Key Responsibilities & Competencies:Not limited to but will include:Work with Marketing Manager and marketing team across a wide range of activities required as part of the Marketing strategy.Digital Marketing:
- Manage the company’s digital presence across various platforms, including social media & website.
- Create engaging content (e.g. posts, infographics, videos) to attract and
- engage target audiences.
- Collaborating with internal teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in
- messaging across all digital channels.
- Ensure channels are regularly populated with content, keeping them up to date.
- Utilising analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital
- marketing efforts, providing regular reports and actionable insights to inform
- future strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing
- campaigns to promote our products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of
- marketing materials and assets.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights.
Communication:
- Assist with internal and external communication in regard to Healthcare 21’s brand identity and tone of voice, working with the Marketing team, Chief People Officer and Group Communications Manager.
Event Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Develop promotional materials and booth designs to maximise brand
- exposure and lead generation opportunities.
- Coordinate the storage and distribution of leads to support effective
- follow-up.
- Managing customer enquires taken at events, uploading to database/CRM
General:
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and results.
- Data analysis and report creation.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, printing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
- Update brochures and other material as required.
- Processing literature requests and updating presentations.
- Support social media campaigns.
- Assist with some product marketing video editing.
- Keep the marketing office tidy and help to check equipment returned from events to the warehouse.
- Work with the Compliance team to ensure that all marketing activities are in line with our compliance requirements and are recorded.
- Ensure that you comply with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and Safety.
- Ad-hoc duties to meet role requirements as required.
Key Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised and self-sufficient.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, with
- aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Good understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field desirable.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical
- devices industry.
- Desire to deliver high quality work that supports the ongoing success and growth of the business.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
