Overview: CLS is currently going through an unprecedented and exciting period of growth and development and is looking for dedicated, solutions driven team members with a flexible approach.Founded in 1994, Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) is the highest accredited contract laboratory in Ireland, providing industry-leading sampling and analysis; and fully trained micro and analytical analysts on contract to clients in the food, environmental, medical device, biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical sectors.The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and generate leads to strengthen the CLS brand and value proposition across our MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Food and Environmental services divisions. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can manage multiple marketing channels and campaigns, from digital marketing to content creation and event planning.What’s important:– Commercial focus.– Success and results driven.– Problem solving capability.– Strengths in lead generation, brand and digital marketing.– Creative content developer– Proven ability to collaborate successfully across functions.The Role:Lead Generation:– Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients in line with business growth strategy.– Track and manage leads through Hubspot, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing.– Generate ideas to expand CLS’s footprint in existing customer accounts, targeting outreach to potential new functional areas within our existing customers.– Nurture our existing database of prospects, with the goal of moving accounts along the pipeline journey.– Support B2B demand generation campaigns through relevant performance marketing & brand building channels.Brand Management:– Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity.– Support the delivery of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and videos.Digital Marketing:– Optimise our online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.– Support PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, and content marketing efforts.– Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools.Content Creation:– Collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters.– Update the Company website to reflect our current business offering and showcase our brand to potential clients and employees.Event Management:– Plan and execute marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences.– Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up activities.– Promote all events on social media.Collaboration and Communication:– Collaborate with the Company’s marketing agencies.– Work closely with sales, providing support in Hubspot on reporting and data analysis.– Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.– Communicate marketing updates and results to senior management.– Measure, analyse, and report on the impact of demand creation activities on the marketing targets and sales pipeline.– Track marketing campaigns and analyse the results to optimize demand generation and ROI.Where you’ve come from:– Bachelor/master’s in business administration/marketing/communications or relevant field.– 3-5 years of experience in a broad scope, fast paced marketing role.– Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.– Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.– Experienced in using marketing analytical tools.Who you are:– Commercially astute.– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.– Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.– Commercially oriented with a customer-centric approach.– Ability to understand current and new clients purchasing decisions, to help you develop effective marketing strategies.– Ability to foster and maintain trusted and collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues.– Interested in staying up to date with the latest in marketing best practice and technology.
