The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively promote the company’s brand, products, and services. This role involves overseeing all marketing communication activities, including public relations, content creation, social media management, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting compelling messages, managing media relations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Communications PlanningContent Creation and ManagementPublic Relations and Media RelationsSocial Media ManagementInternal CommunicationsBrand and Event ManagementBudget ManagementPR Management and specific areas of focusTeam Leadership and DevelopmentQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing communications, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.Experience working in MarComms for Enterprise SoftwareStrong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.Experience in media relations, including pitching stories and managing press relationships.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as content management systems, social media tools, and email marketing software.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of graphic design and video production is a plus.Reports To: Commercial DirectorWorking model: Hybrid (Based in Ireland)Full Job Specification will be made available to candidates in advance of interviews.Salary:
