What You’ll Do:

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing strategies and initiatives. You’ll:

• Execution of marketing strategies to ensure Stryker South Pacific’s success in achieving market share, attaining/retaining market leadership, and, optimising profitability

• Execute marketing plans for new and existing products

• Aid in the creation of the annual marketing plans

• Create marketing collateral and communications material

• Develop and measure product promotion campaigns

• Provide the sales team with support – including product training and current market/product information

• Organise and participate in conferences – including workshops and meetings with surgeons, registrars and theatre staff

What You Bring:

• A passion for marketing and a strong desire to build your career in this field.

• A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

• An interest in healthcare or technology

Required:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
