We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical developmentThe marketing associate will provide support and administrative assistance to the marketing manager in the following tasks:Update and development of marketing content for various channels (with support from SMEs when applicable): presentations, social media posts, blog posts, white papers, factsheets, brochures, etc.Oversee production of communication assets with service providerCoordination and administration of internal and client events (webinars, conferences): logistics with service providers and conference organizers, as well as coordination with other parties involved (colleagues, clients, partners)Responsibility for managing documentation and administration of marketing presence on the intranet and websiteCreate and maintain a variety of reports on a monthly and quarterly basisOrdering of relevant collateral and management of stock levels as directedDistribution of relevant collateral to key specified audience in Mapi Research TrustWhat you will needMaster’ degree in communication/marketing with scientific expertiseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to drive projects and motivate team membersGood knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or of the health care fieldNative English speaker, knowledge of French is a bonusWhat ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
