Your Role: In this full-time, office-based role, you’ll be part of a lively, yet relaxed atmosphere, supporting the company’s marketing plans across a variety of exciting tasks, including:

• Creative Design: Crafting digital and print assets that leave an impact.
• Content Creation: Writing product web pages, news articles, and case studies that engage and inform.
• Website Management: Updating products, pricing, and following SEO best practices while adding stunning graphics.
• Supplier Communication: Keeping up-to-date with product information and updates.
• Social Media: Managing posts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Videography Support: Filming and editing videos that capture attention.
• Marketing Collateral: Designing brochures, leaflets, and more.
• Event Management: Coordinating event logistics, creating artwork, and liaising with key contacts.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Helping our sales and customer service teams with extra support as needed.
• Problem Solving: Tackling challenges and offering creative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who’s eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings creativity and attention to detail to every task. Ideally, you’ll have experience or knowledge in:

• Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Content Management: WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Marketing Skills: SEO, social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Don’t have experience with everything? No problem! If you’re willing to learn and passionate about marketing, they’ll provide some of the support you’ll need.
Other Requirements:

• Full driving license (due to location).
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews in Bedford and work onsite.
