Shuz4U Ltd is the Irish franchise of the Skechers brand with 24 stores nationwide. We also run the footwear website, Life and Sole. We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our Head Office team in Little Island, who will play a key role supporting in the delivery of the marketing and communications plan across the business. This position is well-suited for a recent college graduate seeking to build valuable experience in the marketing field. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative and is passionate about all aspects of marketing. They will work closely with internal teams, stores, and external agencies to help the marketing team deliver campaigns across local and national platforms and to a wide range of customers. They will also help with content creation, in-store campaigns, and promotions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Content creation, curation, monitoring, reporting and full social media management for the ShuzGroup and Life and Sole brands through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ensure marketing compliance is followed, and all campaigns are recorded appropriately across both brand platforms.
  • Generate reports when required on performance and optimisation opportunities, track and analyse social media metrics.
  • Support local marketing activities across stores nationwide, coordinating and communicating with store teams to meet brand expectations in graphics and presentation.
  • Support the marketing team in building strong relationships with shopping centres and retail precincts to ensure a participation in relevant local marketing activity.
  • Online support to Life and Sole and affiliate brands customers through social media and Freshdesk.
  • Assist with website management including product upload, categorisation, and analytics.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with relevant B2B partners/Sports Teams/influencers, providing communication material and driving traffic through these channels.
  • Provide store support through point-of-sale replenishment.
  • Implement, analyse and maintain store product flow standards.
  • Creating and delivering presentations.
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows when required.
  • General admin and ad-hoc duties for the marketing team.
  • Design and edit graphics for in-store, out-of-home, digital and social media use.
  • Manage text and email platforms and schedule communications.
  • Manage incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments, ensuring efficient handling and tracking of all logistics tasks.

Requirements

  • Third level qualification in marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum one year’s experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with graphic design systems like Canva is essential.
  • An organised individual with the ability to manage a diverse workload.
  • Comfortable working in a fast moving, deadline-focused environment.
  • Delivery-focused individual that works with a pro-active, “can-do” attitude.
  • Team player that can juggle daily requests from departments across the Business.
  • Full driving licence and mode of transport is preferred.
