You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our marketing and public relations strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of integrated marketing communications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting successful marketing campaigns and managing media relations to enhance our brand presence and support business objectives. This role will be reporting to our Sales and Marketing Director.Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Marketing and PR policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and budgets for the Marketing and PR Division.
  • Ensure Clear Junction’s brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Provide support in conducting Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys twice a year (in accordance with requirements of Consumer Duty).
  • Collect other marketing analytics, both online and offline.
  • Develop PR opportunities and create a network of contacts.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaign plans targeting key audiences of Clear Junction.
  • Support sales activities by means of marketing and PR tools.
  • Collaborate on marketing issues with other divisions and departments of Clear Junction, in accordance with requirements of Consumer Duty.
  • Facilitate operational activities.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external marketing, PR and other agencies, vendors, and providers.
  • Research addressable Markets for new segments, if requested.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
  • Management of the relationship with PR agencies and journalists, if needed, including reviewing the materials that they produce, while the final approval of the content (articles, case studies, interviews etc) is on the SMD.
  • Tracking and monitoring all Marketing activities on Monday.com for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain a regular track of press clipping, record all links and/or publications we’ve been mentioned at and monitor social media activity.
  • Responsible for sourcing and liaising with marketing suppliers, going through the whole process of asking for quotations, price comparisons, and invoices.
  • Co-responsible for the monthly internal newsletter with HR.
  • Contributing to the management of the Marketing Division, namely:
  • Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals and KPIs
  • Allocating tasks to team members, as well as controlling the job done;
  • Dealing with issues escalated by the division staff and forwarded by colleagues from other divisions and departments;
  • Mentoring, and training division team members, if requested;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role and capacity in the fintech/payments/banking space.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools like Monday.com.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Marketing and PR strategies.
  • Proactive in spotting issues and offering solutions.
  • Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
  • Can-do attitude to make a positive contribution to the company.

Salary Range: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
