Marketing and Communications ManagerWe have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Manager to help raise awareness of an exciting charity. Improving two-way communication between the organisation, its staff, funders, clients and the wider community.Position: Marketing and Communications ManagerLocation: West London/HybridSalary: Circa £33,000Contract: PermanentAbout the roleThis is a new post designed to raise awareness of the organisation and improve two-way communication between the organisation and its staff, clients, funders and wider community.As Marketing and Communications Manager, you will lead internal and external communications, reporting directly to the CEO.With the support of the CEO, the Marketing & Communications Officer and any outsourced marketing input, you will have responsibility for developing the Charity’s Marketing & Communications Strategy.Key responsibilities include:

- Social Media/Digital Content and Digital Platforms
- Press and Publicity
- Email Marketing/Communications
- Magazines/Newsletters
- Case Studies
- Communication and Presentations

About youAs Marketing and Communications Manager, you will have experience in the following.
- Managing social media platforms in a professional context
- Experience of delivering cohesive, compelling and effective social media, paid and digital campaigns
- Strong editing and writing skills
- Using web-based analytics and available applications for analysis and reporting
- Filming and editing skills, with the ability to produce short films from footage taken from smartphones
- Ability to change tone of voice across different social media platforms
- Use of digital tools such as Adobe and Canva
- Strong leadership and line management skills
