Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you’ll doAs a Market Development Representative (MDR), you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel and ultimately generate new revenue to grow our presence in EMEA.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Market Development Representative Manager.Responsibility

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and pipeline within a defined territory
• Spend about 80% of your time on the phone managing outbound prospect calls to educate potential customers on what Docusign has to offer and gain insight into their business needs
• Drive brand and product awareness in the Emerging markets territory through regular email and call campaigns
• Schedule high-impact appointments with those who are of good potential with Account Executives
• Record prospect information in our CRM database
• Present a balanced approach to cold calling, relationship development, sales process, and appointment setting

Job DesignationRemote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

• Fluency in English
• Experience with sales cycles and solution-selling tactics

Preferred * Proficient computer application skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Track record of success in outbound sales/business development role
• Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluency in another European language
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
