We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us to manage all aspects of relationship building and compliance within the Equity Trustees compliance framework for an allocated group of corporate fiduciary clients.

About The Role

  • Engaging Clients by representing Equity Trustees to the market

  • Manage operational compliance within our compliance framework

  • Project manage all client and fund changes

  • Review and completion of offer document due diligence

  • Develop, manage, and comply with Equity Trustees’ processes

  • Engage with stakeholders to build relationships to achieve optimum business outcomes

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Demonstrated relationship management/client service experience

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exposure to investment/funds management and fund operations

  • Strong understanding of custodian and administration/registry services

  • Proven understanding of the financial markets

  • Sound knowledge of the monthly, quarterly and yearly data requirements for funds

  • Proven track record in managing compliance to set criteria

  • Understanding of the tax & accounting principles concerning funds

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Finance or Accounting
