We are now heralded as one of Ireland’s most exciting retail stores, with a host of award-winning cafes, restaurants and food markets crammed with artisanal ingredients from near and far.Maintenance Electrician (Full-Time, Permanent)Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work independently while reporting to the Maintenance Manager, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems across multiple store locations.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding on commercial properties.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including power outages, tripping circuits, and faulty wiring.
• Conduct small to medium-sized electrical repairs and installations, such as equipment installation, upgrading fans, motors, and pumps for improved energy efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), and fire alarm systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Work flexible hours, including outside regular trading hours when necessary.
• Participate in an on-call roster to address urgent maintenance needs.
• Assist with non-electrical tasks as required within the in-house maintenance team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Fully qualified Electrician (Ireland).
• Proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
• Experience working with HVAC, BMS, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems.
• Proficiency in Email, Word, and Excel (preferred).
• Certifications Required: Safe Pass and MEWP Licence.

• Additional Pay: Overtime opportunities available (TBC).
• Schedule: Day shift, out of hours (3-5 days a week), overtime, and participation in the on-call rotation required.The position involves up to six night shifts per month, depending on workload and scheduling.
