About This RoleCAE Parc Aviation is accepting applications for a Maintenance Coordinator in our Borescope Inspection Services Department. The position is open to all candidates with a preference given to candidates with experience in a Maintenance/Production Coordinator role within an aircraft or aircraft component maintenance environment. Reporting to the 1 Borescope Services Department Manager the successful candidate will join our team of Maintenance Coordinators in supporting our Borescope Inspectors in their performance of FAA/EASA approved borescope inspections across the globe.Job Roles/ResponsibilitiesOperational Requirements:

• Maintain a clear focus on aviation safety and team collaboration in accordance with the company’s MOE

• Communicate directly with our clients to process initial requests

• Generate and approve work packages based on customer requirements and approved maintenance data

• Liaise with our travel partner to arrange travel and accommodation for our inspectors

• Coordinate each inspection by liaising, on-site representatives, our certifying staff and ensure that clear communication with the client representatives is maintained throughout the service delivery

• Review returning work packages • Archive project documentation

• Develop and maintain the highest professional relationship with the authorities, existing and potential clients

• Contribute to the organisation’s development

Invoicing

• To assist in coordinating invoicing for each project.

Payroll

• To assist in coordinating Borescope Inspectors payroll at month end as per the dates and layout outlined by Accounts

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a Maintenance/Production Coordinator role within an aircraft or aircraft component maintenance environment an advantage

• Capacity to multi-task and act quickly to an ever-changing environment

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• A high level of computer literacy

• As a portion of the role’s duties will be carried out remotely, the candidate must be comfortable making decisions and have the drive to work independently
